As the Owner and Team Leader of the Odegard Real Estate Team with @properties – Christies International in Highland, Indiana, Kim and her team are known for their unwavering commitment to providing quality service, high-level knowledge, and expertise in all areas of real estate. Kim is a leader who oversees the daily operations, training, and education, client services, and supports her sales team to ensure 100% coverage and satisfaction is provided to all clients. Kim has served on numerous committees and has been on the Board of Directors for the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors® (GNIAR), the Indiana Association of Realtors®, and is a past President of the GNIAR Multiple Listing Board of Directors. Currently, she serves as a member of the Indiana Professionals Standards Committee and the Indiana Forms Committee. In her free time, Kim enjoys traveling, crafting, volunteering in the community, and spending time with family, friends, and her two fur babies, Beau and Simone, her sweet French Bulldogs.

As a Transaction Coordinator, Tara is responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction process from contract to close. Her attention to detail and high level of organizational skills ensure that all parties involved in a transaction are kept informed and up-to-date throughout the process. Tara works closely with clients, team members, and third-party service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process. Her friendly attitude and dedication to exceptional service have earned her a reputation as a trusted and reliable professional within the industry.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Candis is also a dedicated community member and family-oriented individual.  She is actively involved in various community organizations, including volunteering at her children’s school, Little League, and Cub Scouts.
